  1. DO I HAVE TO SET AN APPOINTMENT FOR A REPAIR?    No, you may bring your repair into the store during normal operating hours
  2. Is there a charge for an estimate?     No
  3. How long will it take to repair my item?  Most repairs are completed within 3 days, if we have to order parts, it can take up to a week or more
  4. My vacuum is still under warranty, do you handle warranty claims?  We handle warranty work for 15 different companies, more than likely, we will handle yours at no charge
  5. Are your vacuums more expensive than Walmart, Lowes, Etc?  Absolutely not, our machines are priced competitively, and you will not find a lower price for most of our items online
  6. I have a small appliance that needs repair, do you work on those?  YES!  Anything with a plug
  7. How much will it cost to repair my item?   We cannot give you an estimate until we look at it in person, at our store, or at your house
